Same silicon as the original Orin Nano: the 'Super' refresh is a software power-mode unlock in JetPack 6.2 that raises the ceiling to 67 TOPS and 102 GB/s, not new hardware. Independent testing found the 25W mode Pareto-optimal, giving 35-47% more decode throughput than 15W at better tok/J than uncapped MAXN. Only sub-1.5B models have sourced figures on this SKU; there are no 7-8B-class numbers. The price rose to $399 in NVIDIA's July 2026 Jetson increase, from $249 at the December 2024 launch; a few retailers still list $249 but flag it backordered. The Canadian listing is sold out but is the real listed price, and at CA$899.99 sits well above a normal conversion even of the raised US price, likely compounded by the DRAM shortage.
